Cllr. B. Rachell Yabah-Duobah is a graduate of the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law in December of 2011 was admitted in the Grand Bassa County Local Bar and became a lawyer in February of 2012.
Cllr. Yabah-Duobah worked for Ecobank Liberia Limited as an In-House-Counsel and became a Public Defender in 2015 focusing on Criminal law as well as handling Civil cases also. She became a counsellor-at-law of the Honourable Supreme Court of the Republic of Liberia in 2018. Cllr. Yabah-Duobah has been a practicing lawyer for past Twelve (12) years. She has undergone series of extensive training in both Criminal and Civil Laws in the country. In 2019, she became the National Treasurer of Liberia National Bar Association and presently serving as the National Treasurer for the second term,
Cllr. Yabah-Duobah has travelled to United States of America, Europe and a host of African countries.
